He has successfully led on-shore and off-shore teams of up to 120+ professionals, acted as a trusted liaison between executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders, and ensured projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Shamraiz strongly believes in servant leadership and Agile practices, focusing on building self-organizing, high-performing teams that create exceptional software solutions, increase business productivity, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.

He also brings over 5+ years of hands-on experience managing AI projects, including AI-powered applications, intelligent automation, data-driven platforms, and enterprise AI integrations, ensuring responsible, scalable, and business-aligned AI delivery, and 13+ years of experience managing Cloud & Infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable operations.
